Puding Roti

 

Salam semua... Dah lama rasanya tak masak... anak-anak pulak request nak Puding Roti... so layan ajer la... hehe... Jom kita masak Puding Roti, resepi ni amat sesuai untuk ibu-ibu yang sentiasa busy tau... :)

PUDING ROTI (BREAD PUDDING)

Bahan-bahan :
6 keping roti – di sapu dengan mentega dan dipotong kecil-kecil
Sedikit kismis ( boleh juga ditukarkan dengan hirisan buah laici )

Bahan untuk dikisar :
1 tin susu cair
½ cawan gula
4 biji telur sederhana besar

Topping :
Sepeket jeli berperisa Strawberi (400ml)
1 tin fruit cocktail – ambil buahnya sahaja

Cara membuat :
1. Roti yang dipotong disusun di dalam bekas, kemudian taburkan sedikit kismis.
2. Tuang susu yg telah dikisar berselang seli dengan lapisan roti dan kismis.
3. Biarkan selama ½ jam.
4. Bakar roti tadi dalam microwave selama 15 minit dengan kepanasan sederhana.
5. Sediakan topping . Masak 400 ml jeli sehingga mendidih.
6. Tuang jeli di atas pudding roti tadi.
7. Taburkan fruit cocktail.

8. Biarkan dia sejuk dan masukkan dalam peti sejuk selama 3 jam.
9. Sedia untuk dihidang bersama sos vanilla / kastad.

The 2nd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2010 was held from 18th March 2010 to the 21st March 2010 after the success of the 2009 1st event... There are more colourful and attractive balloons from a lot of International participating balloons such as German, France Thailand and etc. We really enjoy the unique hot air balloon experience. The uniqueness and rarity of hot air balloons flying in our country has attracted the crowd regardless of their race, age, profession or gender.

These events / activities include but are not limited to:
Tethered hot air balloon rides
5 hot air balloons for tethered rides for the public
Operating hours from 8am – 11am and 6pm – 9pm
Tickets: RM15 for adults and RM10 for children.
Para-motors / para-gliders show
Remote control aircraft flying display
Kite flying
Helicopter rides
Operating hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9am-2pm
Outdoor games for children :Inflatables, clowns, magic shows, sphere rides
Extreme games
Carnival favourites / funfair booths : Face Painting, Sand Arts for Kid’s, Mehendi art painting for the kids & ladies, Cool Stick on Tattoos, etc..
Competitions :Colouring, paper airplane, photograph of the day, lantern
Concession Booths :Exhibit / Display / Product Sampling booths
Fireworks display: Finale for night glow
